3. Booking & Payment

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
We accept various payment methods, including UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash.
SSSTravels.co.in reserves the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment or incorrect details.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride to qualify for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.
SSSTravels.co.in reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if the booking is canceled after dispatch.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate personal and travel details while booking.
Passengers are responsible for their belongings during the trip. SSS Travels is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Any damage caused to the cab by a passenger will be chargeable.

6. Driver & Vehicle Policies

We ensure that our vehicles are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
The driver has the right to refuse service if the passenger is found intoxicated, misbehaving, or engaging in illegal activities.

We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or road conditions.
We do not guarantee availability of cabs at all times and reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings.
