At SSS Travels, we strive to provide the best cab booking experience. However, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel your booking. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: Full refund (excluding processing fees, if any).
- Cancellations made within 12-24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No refund will be provided.
1.2 Cancellation by Tamil Nadu Cabs
- If we cancel your booking due to unavailability of a vehicle or driver, you will receive a 100% refund.
- If a ride is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.), we will try to reschedule your booking or provide a full refund.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the cancellation date.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- If a ride is canceled mid-trip due to a customer’s request, no refund will be issued.
3. No-Show Policy
- If the passenger does not show up within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
4. Modification Policy
- Changes to booking details (time, date, or destination) are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
